Akşan Construction, which has fulfilled commitments and build-and-sell projects for private and also public sectors and has experienced founders who have been in the sector since 1970s, first company of the gourp was founded in 1984.

Akşan Construction has followed the developments in the world construction industry and started to use Light Steel Construction System, which is preferred in construction industry because it is fast and economical and also offers sturdy solutions for earthquake. Akşan Construction has aimed to increase the use of Light Steel Construction System in Turkey, which is preferred by developed countries having earthquake hazard, especially the United States, and while it has been achieving a number of development projects for housings, social buildings, industrial buildings, cooperatives and real estate, it also has completed important projects abroad with the fabric Akkon which has established in 2000.
However, Akşan Construction with the Akkon steel factory and its’ capacity 20.000 ton per year, is not contented with its experience that has already reached 1 million m2 and about 40 years of international experience and its place among other companies worldwide… It endeavors for a vision of building and offering the better and the healthier. “If better can be done, we must do it first!” is the notion that forces its enterprising and dynamics that lead Akşan Construction further.

Uzun yıllar boyunca hem özel sektör, hem de resmi kurumlar için taahhüt ve yap-sat projeler gerçekleştirmiş olan ve kurucularının sektördeki deneyimi 70’li yıllara dayanan grubun ilk şirketi olan Akşan Yapı, 1984 yılında kurulmuştur. Akşan Yapı, dünya yapı endüstrisindeki gelişmeleri yakından izlemiş ve yapı endüstrisinde hızlı ve ekonomik bir sistem olarak tercih edilen, aynı zamanda da 1999 depreminden sonra deprem gerçeğine karşı çok sağlam çözümler sunan Hafif Çelik Yapı Sistemi alanına yönelmiştir. 2000 yılında kurduğu Akkon Çelik, hafif çelik üretim fabrikasıyla başta Amerika olmak üzere deprem riskiyle yaşayan gelişmiş ülkelerin tercih ettiği Hafif Çelik Yapı Sistemlerini ülkemizde yaygınlaştırmayı amaçlamış ve bu doğrultuda Türkiye’de birçok konut, sosyal yapı, endüstriyel yapı, kooperatif ve gayrimenkul geliştirme projelerine imza atarken, yurt dışında da önemli projeleri hayata geçirmiştir. Çok kısa sürede yaklaşık 1 milyon m2 yapı inşa eden Akşan Yapı, Akkon Çelik fabrikasıyla, yıllık 20.000 ton üretim kapasitesini yakalamış, Türkiye’nin en büyük ve Avrupa’nın 3. büyük üreticisinden biri olmuştur. Fakat Akşan Grup, 1 milyon m2’ye ulaşan tecrübesi ve dünya sıralamasındaki yeriyle, 40 yıla varan ve tüm dünyayı kapsayan uluslar arası deneyimleriyle yetinmemektedir. More organized, more planned, more flawless!

Incoming requests are evaluated at the ‘Business Development’ department of our company, which is composed of architects and engineers all of whom are competent in all processes of cost estimation for a construction, and quantity surveys are carried out by our measurement specialists working in the ‘Technical Office’. Estimated prices for the incoming project are determined on the basis of ´light steel construction system´ at the ´Business Development´ department and advised to the customer by an offer. Furthermore, this process is supported by the ‘Design and Project’ department comprising of architects through alternate solution suggestions. Once the offer is approved, projects are drafted at the ‘Technical Office´, a subdivision of the ‘Production Coordination’, by construction technicians in order to obtain the necessary consents and this process is then followed by drawing the steel production projects. After that, a project coordinator who reports to the Production Coordination and whio is specially assigned for the project initiates the field mobilization in accordance with the nature of the project. The fastest and the most economical logistic solution is developed and implemented for shipment of the products to the construction site in foreign country projects. A staff list of the personnel to work at the construction site is drafted by the project coordinator and their transportation is organized by the HR Administrative Affairs department. Standards for work safety and conditions for the entire staff are managed under supervision of the ‘Work Safety’ department after the field mobilization has started.
For domestic projects, on the other hand, modern construction processes are implemented. A significant audit mechanism QA/QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) mechanism audits the production and field application processes. This auditing ensures reliable and flawless works meeting the same standards.

Şirketimize gelen talepler, mimar ve mühendislerden oluşan, bir inşaatın fiyatlandırma çalışmalarının tüm süreçlerine hakim ‘İş Geliştirme’ departmanı tarafından değerlendirilir, ‘Teknik Ofis’ e bağlı metraj uzmanı tarafından metrajlar çıkartılır.
Gelen talebe göre proje ‘İş Geliştirme’ departmanında ‘hafif çelik yapı sistemine’ uyarlanmak üzere fiyatlandırılır, müşteriye sunulmak üzere de teklif haline getirilir. Ayrıca bu süreci mimarlardan oluşan ‘Tasarım ve Proje’ departmanı da alternatif çözüm önerileriyle destekler. Teklifin onaylanması ile birlikte ‘Üretim Koordinatörlüğüne’ bağlı ‘Teknik Ofis’te inşaat teknikerleri tarafından resmi izinlerin alınması için projeler çizilir, bu süreci çelik üretim projelerinin çizimi takip eder. Akabinde üretim koordinatörlüğüne bağlı projeye özel olarak görevlendirilmiş bir inşaat mühendisi proje koordinatörü, projenin niteliğine göre saha mobilazasyonunu başlatır. Sahaya ürünlerin gönderiminde, yurt dışı projelerinde dış ticaret departmanı tarafından en hızlı ve en ekonomik lojistik çözüm üretilir ve uygulanır. Eş zamanlı proje koordinatörü tarafından tespit edilen sahada çalışacak personel listesi hazırlanır ve İk-İdari İşler departamanı tarafından gönderimleri organize edilir. Saha mobilizasyonu başladığında, görevli tüm personelin güveliği ve çalışma koşullarının standartları da ‘İş Güvenliği’ departmanına bağlı olarak yönetilir.
Yurtiçi projelerde ise modern inşaat süreçleri uygulanır. Üretim ve üretimin sahada uygulanma süreçleri önemli bir denetim mekanizması olan QA/QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) tarafından denetlenir. Bu denetim tüm çalışmalarımızın aynı standartlarda, güvenli ve hatasız olmasını sağlar.
